One-time, interest-free loan program for Vancouver residents facing eviction or utility disconnection because of a temporary financial crisis. Covers up to two months of overdue rent, utility arrears, or a security deposit and first months rent, with loan limits from $1,800 for a single person up to $3,000 for a family of three or more. Applicants must be 19 or older, live in Vancouver, meet low-income limits, and provide two pieces of ID and proof of tenancy.
