Vancouver Public Library branch on East Hastings Street between Heatley and Hawks Avenue, open to everyone. Free public computers, Wi-Fi, printing and photocopying, phone charging, and two bookable meeting rooms are available. Anyone can use the research computers without a card, and a free VPL library card lets you borrow items and use the internet computers.
