Vancouver Public Library branch at Cedar Cottage Mews. Free to visit for books, computers, and Wi-Fi. A free library card (photo ID and proof of address) lets you borrow items. Closed Mondays, walk in during other open hours. Free drop-in Tech Help every other Tuesday 2pm-3pm: bring your phone, tablet or laptop, no registration needed.
