Vancouver Public Library - Firehall Branch
Vancouver Public Library branch on West 10th Avenue near Granville Street. Free to visit for books, computers, and Wi-Fi, with regular free beginner-friendly workshops on smartphones, computers, and getting online. A free library card (photo ID and proof of address) lets you borrow items. Closed Mondays, walk in during other open hours. A drop-in Tech Club for help with your devices meets on some Wednesdays 11am-12pm (check the VPL events calendar).
