South Vancouver Seniors Hub

South Vancouver Seniors Hub is a network connecting older adults in South East Vancouver (Boundary Road to Main Street, 41st Avenue to the Fraser River) with local programs and support, rather than a single drop-in location. It coordinates services such as Better at Home, adult day programs, caregiver support, and information and referral, delivered through partner organizations including South Vancouver Neighbourhood House, Champlain Heights, Killarney, and Sunset Community Centres.
