Scandinavian Community Centre

Scandinavian Community Centre is an umbrella organization for five Nordic heritage societies, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden, in Burnaby. It hosts language classes, folk dancing, choirs, genealogy resources, a Midsummer festival and a monthly Scandinavian Seniors lunch open to all seniors. Programs and facility rentals are open to the public. Contact the centre or a specific national society to get involved. Open Monday to Friday, noon to 6pm, and Saturday 10am to 2pm. Closed Sundays and holidays.
