Record Suspension Program

Legal & Advocacy
Helps people apply for a record suspension (formerly called a pardon), which keeps a past criminal record separate from new record checks. For adults who have completed all sentences, including fines, probation, or parole, and the required waiting period (3, 5, or 10 years depending on the offence). Staff give administrative support through the application and may help cover application fees. Based in Vancouver, serving the Lower Mainland, with partner locations elsewhere in BC and the Yukon. Call 604-315-2046 or email record.suspension@connective.ca.
