Independent provincial office that assists seniors and their families with concerns about long-term care, assisted living, home support services, and other government programs affecting older adults in British Columbia. The Office provides information, referrals, and assistance navigating provincial systems, and can investigate complaints or escalate systemic issues affecting seniors’ care and rights.
