Battered Women’s Support Services program giving free legal help to women and femmes in BC who have experienced intimate partner, domestic, or sexualized violence, especially those denied legal aid or facing barriers such as language, disability, trauma, or cost. Offers full legal representation for qualifying cases, family law advice clinics, court accompaniment, help with court forms and affidavits, and legal education workshops. Free.
