JHSBC Record Suspension Program

John Howard Society of BC program that helps people apply for a criminal record suspension, formerly called a pardon. Case managers help gather paperwork and complete the application. Applicants must have finished all sentencing conditions and waited the required time since their conviction, generally about three years depending on the offence.
