Innercity Women's Initiatives Society

Outreach and harm reduction support for women in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver experiencing trauma, substance use, or mental health challenges, through the Downtown Auxiliary Mobile Services (DAMS) program. Offers harm reduction supplies, life-skills workshops on topics such as grief, self-esteem, and anger management, weekly support groups, and case management with accompaniment to medical appointments or court.
