Housing Law Clinic (TRAC)
Tenant Resource and Advisory Centre (TRAC) legal clinic for tenants across BC. Lawyers give free advice and sometimes representation for a judicial review of a Residential Tenancy Branch decision, responding to a landlord judicial review application, disputing an eviction notice, or a co-op membership termination. Legal advocates can also represent tenants at Residential Tenancy Branch hearings for serious, urgent, or systemic issues. Free. Call 604-255-3099, or 1-800-665-1185 and press 5, and leave a voicemail describing which situation applies - a callback is only given if you do.
