Nonprofit outreach organization supporting people in the Downtown Eastside and the wider Lower Mainland. Programs include a 24/7 Little Help Box with food, hygiene items, harm reduction supplies, and warm clothing, a Food Security program providing food hampers and meals, and a Mobile Health Unit offering nursing, harm reduction, and counselling with Fraser Health.
