DuMonde Helping Hands Foundation – Nanaimo Station

DuMonde Helping Hands Foundation gives out free groceries, culturally diverse food, and some clothing right outside Nanaimo SkyTrain Station every Saturday starting at 3pm. No cost, and the organization says there are no barriers or judgment, just show up. There is also an online sign-up form if you want to register ahead of time, but it isn't clear whether that's required or just optional. Food is given out while supplies last, so arriving close to 3pm is a good idea. Call 778-223-3468 or email help@helphands.org with questions.
