Collaborative Family Law Pro Bono Project

Free help for couples going through separation or divorce without a lawyer, using a collaborative, out-of-court process. Each person gets a lawyer, plus a neutral divorce coach and, if needed, a financial specialist, at no cost. Open to couples with combined household income under about $150,000 and under $200,000 in assets (not counting pensions). Priority goes to those with the greatest need. Normally based in Vancouver and Victoria but currently meeting by Zoom, so people across BC can take part. Apply through the form on the website. There is no phone line, only email.
