BC MSP – Annual Eye Exam Coverage for Seniors

The BC Medical Services Plan (MSP) puts 47.08 dollars toward one full eye exam a year for BC residents aged 65 and older, at any MSP-registered optometrist. This is a partial contribution, not a free exam. If the exam costs more than that, the patient pays the difference. Bring a BC Services Card or other proof of MSP coverage, and ask the clinic about its fees when booking.
