Support and information for people living with dementia and their family members or caregivers. The First Link program connects people early to education, support groups, and care planning after a diagnosis. Staff help families understand what to expect, plan for future care needs, and connect with medical and community services. Services are free. Contact by phone or visit the Vancouver office.
